How much does it cost to be on PLEYX?
Nothing. Your listing in the directory is free forever. The Pro Listing is optional: 20 USD per year or 2 USD per month.
Is my shop already on PLEYX?
It might be: there are 514 shops listed in 16 countries. Find your city in the directory, open your listing and tap “¿Es tu centro?” (“Is this your shop?”) to manage it.
What does the “Verified” badge mean?
Our team checked that the shop exists and repairs consoles: address, contact details and real work. It can't be bought: paying doesn't give it or take it away.
Do I need the PLEYX app?
No. You sign in to the dashboard on the web with your Google or Apple account.
How do I pay for the Pro Listing?
With PayPal, by card or balance. It renews automatically and you can cancel it from your dashboard anytime. You keep it until the end of the period you paid for.
Does PLEYX repair consoles or charge a fee?
No and no. PLEYX does not repair consoles: it only connects gamers with independent shops. They contact you directly, and the deal is between you.
